Our Weekend

This past weekend was Joy's memorial service. Justin and Jennifer flew out with the kids to attend the service, and Jennifer gave a little talk. It was such a blessing to have them here.  In addition to being a very welcome distraction, Jennifer's talk at the service was absolutely perfect. She said all the right things and made the service very special.

We enjoyed our time with them very much. On Friday we went downtown and wandered around the American History Museum and the Natural History Museum. The memorial service was on Saturday. On Sunday we played games pretty much the entire day.  On Monday Jen and I went to the gym and then we went out to Bruce's place and they got to see all the work he's done there. It was a very full weekend and it flew by.  We're already looking forward to the next time we get to visit with them.
